The wine is produced in a winery located in Asti region; it is made of the pure white
Moscato grapes. The grapes are harvested when the brix is optimal and then crushed.
Grapes are picked manually, then pressed and filtered. Afterwards it undergoes a
temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation, which is stopped at 5,5% by bringing the must at -
2°C. the must is filtered, stabilized (tartaric stabilization) and stored at 0°C in order to keep its
organoleptic characteristics. Now it’s ready for the bottling operations.
