Ruby red color, very deep and enriched with garnet hints. Rich aroma, with hints of ripe cherries and plums, intense notes of cocoa and tobacco.
Full-bodied wine, soft, with velvety texture and very persistent. Pairs well with savory rst courses, roasted and braised red meat, lamb and game with rich sauces, seasoned cheeses. Best served at a temperature of 64-68°F.
Scarfoglio Anglianico del Salento
Deep, ruby red. Intense fruity perfume of black currents and blackberries, enriched with hints of tobacco, pepper and licorice. Full-bodied, austere, with rm tannins and good freshness.
Pairs well with meat, medium-seasoned cheeses, roasted and braised. Best served at a temperature of 64-68°F.
