Wine Description

These conditions combined with a long evolution in French and American oak barrels produce a full-bodied wine, with deep ruby red color, intense presence of mature red fruit, blackberry and cherry intermixed with toasted
notes but, gentle and balanced, harmonic and smooth, with light notes of vanilla and harmonious palate as well.

Grand Reserve
Wine Description:
This wine is born from carefully crafted work done in the vineyards, aimed to obtain a fruit full of ripeness, with expressive flavors and great concentration. This condition produces a full-bodied wine, with intense color but gentle and harmonious palate as well. Controlled fermentation and maceration and its long evolution on French oak give good complexity and intense flavor.
Tasting notes:
Intense and attractive maroon red full of red fruits, with classic notes and black pepper. Your palate will find the presence of a full-bodied wine hand-picked, then aged in French Oak for 12 months
Food Pairing:
Due to rigid tannin structure and concentrated nature of this wine, foods with plenty of weight, protein and fat are your best pairs. Consider rich cuts of red meat, and well-aged cheese like Silton.

Wine Description:
Taking advantage of the great terroir of the Maule Valley, every year we produce from our old vineyard this extraordinary wine, full of expression, pleasant and harmonious. Intense in spicy aromas, black pepper, and its harmonically merged with smoke touches, chocolate and coffee. Well balance wine on the mouth, with mature tannins that give roundness and good structure. Long and persistent.

Merlot
Wine Description:
From a very particular zone of our vineyard on the Maule Valley, this Private Reserve Merlot is born from noble and intense fruits; juicy and expressive . A very careful work with barrels combines the freshness and elegance of the fruit and slightly touches of vanilla. It is Pale and bright yellow color, with a delicate greenish reflex. Simply delicate, with expressive floral, it has citric fragrance and flimsy grassy notes. Elegant and persistent notes of quince jelly are also present.
Tasting notes:
Great taste, with elegant tannins, that comes from the ageing in French barrels. A traditional blending of grapes and with a delicious rich flavor. Deep red and smells slightly floral, smooth and du.
Food Pairing
• Merlot is best with poultry and grilled meats, but actually goes well with most foods. Surprisingly good with tomato-based pasta sauces, but comes into its own with a lamb chop. As for cheese, either cheddar or Blue cheeses are an excellent pairing.

Sauvignon Blanc
Wine Description:
This wine comes from carefully crafter work in the vineyard for a fruit at full maturity, full of flavor and concentration. This allows obtaining a large wine structure, strength, intense color, while a smooth and harmonious taste. Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes are handpicked harvest, very early in the morning, and carefully selected to preserve all the aromas and delicate flavor.
Tasting notes
• Bright pale yellow color with seducing greenish hues
• Citrusy with notes of grapefruit, orange blossoms and a hint of passion fruit
• Fresh, savory and with good volume
• Enticing tropical flavors and a good fruit to acidity balance
Food Pairing
Spring vegetables like artichokes and asparagus can be tricky to pair with because they can make wine taste oddly sweet or even metallic. One wine that works is a citrusy Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

Chardonnay
From our vineyards of Trapiche, the Chardonnay grapes that give origin to this Private Reserve wine are harvest early in the morning, to keep it freshness and aromas. In the process of vinification, 46 % of the grapes are fermented on French oak barrels, obtaining in this way a noble and slow evolution, plain of vanilla flavors and butterscotch. 6% of the blend is inoculated with malolactic ferments, which gives a great complexity and harmony.
The remaining 60% is fermented and maintained at low temperature, on stainless steel tanks, in order to keep it freshness and elegance.

Food Pairing
Creamy Sauce is one of the best kinds of dishes to pair with Chardonnay wines. Cream based sauces with pieces of poultry are heavenly with this white wine
Lean seafood meat like salmon and shellfish such as oysters can enhance the delicious citrus flavor of the Chardonnay grape.
Chardonnay is best paired with smoked cheese and Jack and Gouda
The fruity flavor of Chardonnay therefore makes it a ye, good wine to pair with fresh fruits such as apple or ripe mangoes.
