These conditions combined with a long evolution in French and American oak barrels produce a full-bodied wine, with deep ruby red color, intense presence of mature red fruit, blackberry and cherry intermixed with toasted
notes but, gentle and balanced, harmonic and smooth, with light notes of vanilla and harmonious palate as well.

integrated with the olfactory sensation..

Dark garnet red color with bluish reflections. On the nose we can find berries, blackberry, pomegranate, maraschino cherry, and black truffle. Spicy notes of pepper and cloves. Soft and velvety in the mouth, great structure and persistence. Sensations of cocoa in closing.
Vinification
Long Maceration on the skins refining in French oak barrels for 18 months and then in bottles for 12 months.
Tasting
Dark garnet-red colour with bluish reflections. The bouquet shows aromas of wild berries, blackberry, pomegranate, marasca cherry, black truffle.
Spicy hints of pepper and cloves. Soft and velvety on the palate, great structure, long lasting. Rich sensations of cocoa on the finish.
